The Preparation Stage

Preliminary phone conversation is held with decision-makers
to ascertain goals and objectives.

Decisions are made between on-site or telephone model.

Decision is made re: whom to include in review.

Decision is made re: start date.

As soon as decisions are made,
the following documents are sent to key staff via email:

 ‘Preparation for Sales Process Review’

  ‘Questions to Probe’

'Sales Self-Assessment Checklist'

  Simultaneously, Franchise Coaching Systems
reviews your sales materials to include:

Website
 Brochures
Fulfillment Packet
E-mail series to prospects
Sales Scripts

   

 

 
The Implementation Stage

We will meet each member of your sales team

Understand their function and their style
     
Create a visual representation of your current sales process
    
Identify each step in the process

Determine the timeline between each step
 
And the success percentage of each step
  

Measure your percentages against the most current 
‘Average Franchise Metrics' 

Identify which areas of your sales process you wish to improve

Identify a way to measure that improvement
    

Identify what’s not working well, yet

   Identify what changes should be considered in order to achieve sales goals

  Identify what resources are needed to make those changes

  Create a 90 Day Action Plan to begin making changes

  Prioritize items on 90 Day Action Plan
      

 
 
The Follow Up Stage

We'll receive feedback from Management and Key Staff and discover:

What changes have been instituted from the 90 Day Action Plan?

What results have already been seen?

What has been the most improved area?

Why do you think that is?

If a change has not been instituted, what got in the way?

What are the next steps?

The Franchise Sales Process Review
usually takes place over a 5-6 hour period of time.

The Preparation Stage is done via telephone.

Session One, or Implementation, is typically a 3 hour session and can be done on-site or via telephone conferencing.

Session Two, or Follow Up, is typically a 2 hour session and is done via telephone.

If you choose to do your review via telephone conferencing,
the time period will be divided into two telephone sessions.

Franchise Coaching Systems will provide the Tele-Conference Bridge Line.
