When I began my training as a Professional Life and Business Coach, I noticed that many of my new colleagues were uncomfortable with the notion of selling.
They were uncomfortable because they didn’t want to be perceived as manipulative or pushy.
And they hoped their clients would come to them through the art of attraction or through referral.
It was hard for them to buy into the notion that they needed to adopt some way of selling that was comfortable for them.
So I made it my personal quest to help these colleagues and other talented professionals, too.
I combined all that I knew about relationship selling with all that I learned about ‘The Coaching Model’ and created a sales process that is kinder and gentler and far less intimidating than the rest.
In fact, I absolutely believe that selling is just another way of creating and building long-term relationships.
And that most individuals who are creating or building a business already have most of what it takes to be successful with this model.

Here's what you'll learn and implement each week:
Week One: Welcome to the HEART of this Proven Sales Approach
We'll be getting acquainted with one another this week and setting some goals for our time together. Together we'll understand how this sales process is different from all the rest. We'll redefine the word 'selling' and introduce the concept of 'connecting'. We'll see how The Magic Click! starts it all and becomes a building block for a long and satisfying relationship with your customer.
Week Two: Get Crystal Clear
This week it’s time to get clear on precisely who your favorite customers are and what you have to offer. What problems do you and your business solve for your customers? Can you list the obvious ones as well as the less obvious ones? How do you solve your customers’ problems better than your competitors? Would you like to volunteer for some laser coaching from me on this topic? Let me know in advance and experience the power of getting clear. As an added bonus, you'll be led in a guided visualization that will help you to identify exactly who you should be choosing as your favorite customers
Week Three: Meet and Greet your Favorite Customers: No More Elevator Speeches
Now that you know who your favorite customers are and which problems you solve for them, you’ll want to practice telling your customers what you do. Wouldn’t it be great if you could tell people what you do easily and effortlessly? Without feeling like you have to deliver an elevator speech every time? This session will help you to articulate what you do…and how you do it better than the rest.
We'll figure out where your favorite customers hang out, what they read, what they listen to, and how best to find them. And then, how to use your own personality style to approach them, meet them, and follow up. This is networking the way it’s meant to be…fun and easy. I will illustrate the question-question technique on this call. This is the easiest technique I know for getting acquainted with a stranger.
Week Four: Navigate the Land Mines and Come to Commitment
After you’ve spoken to a prospective customer and given them your best shot…they’re going to be thinking about your offering as they traverse the wide, wide world. They may talk to your competitors or check you out with the Better Business Bureau. Whatever they do, you’ll want to be close to their side to discuss any ‘land mines’ that surface and to put them to rest. Learn how to navigate this very important phase in the sales process and how to come to commitment at the end.
Week Five: Convert Your Less Than Ideal Customers!
While we will not always find the perfect customers for our business, our lives and work will be much happier when we make this a priority. So can we take 'less than perfect’ customers and convert them into ‘ideal customers’? You bet we can! But in some cases, a prospective customer is just plain toxic! In this case, we'll help you to know when to say, 'No thank you'.
Week Six: Know What Makes You Special and Unique
You’ll receive a questionnaire prior to this session designed to help you to analyze your personality, your strengths and your growing edges (those areas that you are seeking growth in). You’ll bring a summary of your results to the first call and choose one area that you’d like to make part of your ongoing Action Plan. We’ll discuss how you can adapt your personality style (introvert, extrovert, or somewhere in-between) to this sales model…thereby making it your own.
Week Six Bonus: Flo's Exact Methods for Creating Masterful Customer Relations

Program Dates, Times, and Venue
The Inaugural Sales Program was launched in Spring of 2007.
For information on our May program, scheduled to begin May 1 and continue through May 8,15,22,29 and June 5, please email Flo Schell .
Sessions are conducted via Tele-Training. You will receive a secured dial in number for the Program. You will be asked to dial in from a land line phone and from a quiet space.

Each Tele-Training will be recorded. Therefore, if you miss a session, it will be available to you via audio link.
Materials will be made available via e-mail and ongoing e-mail support is offered.
Eligibility Requirements
Participants must be committed to opening their minds to a new way of selling.
Live attendance at each session is not mandatory. Audio links will be provided for those who cannot attend the live sessions.
